Today was the first day at Affiliate Summit 2010, more pics and info to come, but we ended up at a rooftop party at the Empire Hotel in NYC for the night. Open bar and great company (and a photobooth what what!) thanks to Share a Sale.

I loved the way the palms blocked the light through the sky windows. Just in general a cool shot, or else I had too many beers? Either or is possible:

Tonight was lucky, cute, experimental and clumsy wrapped all in one…

Lucky, because out of all the Southwest flights leaving the Orlando airport, mine was the only one not delayed (and by delayed I mean by hours)

Cute, because I sat next to the most adorable – and inquisitive- 3 year old with a very patient father

Experimental, because I actually worked the courage up to ask the father if I could take a picture of his adorable 3 yr old (normally I wouldn’t worry about asking, but I did have to sit next to him for 2 more hours)

Clumsy, because I then spilled my glass of red wine all over his and my pants…. Don’t worry, his adorable 3 yr old later attempted to spill his beer all over my pants.

In the end, it was an enjoyable, albeit far from normal flight. And I got this great capture:
