Tonight was the last game of the season. No more softball until August. I guess it’s just getting too hot and the rainy season is about to start. Tonight the lightning threatened to call the game, but in the end we lost on our own accord. Oh well, next season we get to be back in the lower Thursday leaugue where we belong.
My favorite picture from the night was a sign discouraging us from hitting our balls into the fence:

It was an absolutely gorgeous day on Saturday! Perfect for some BBQ, beer, and softball practice with the team.
Here’s Ray practicing his batting. Unfortunately out of the 100+ pictures I got, there was only 1 of him hitting the ball. Oh well, that’s what practice is for right?

So I don’t know if you noticed, but I’m a little bit conservative… So it’s a rare sight when I put the infamous gold pants on! You better take a mental picture, who knows when you’ll see this pair again!
