After changing the diet, it’s time to get back running and exercising again. The cheapskate in me gave in and went to go buy some new running shoes to replace my Nike + Lunar Glides. Don’t get me wrong, I love the built in Nike + pocket, and the colors and altogether they look snazzy, but even though Nike swears they are stabalizers, they just don’t have enough stability for my running. Since I’m a heavy overpronater, it was leaving my feet and legs aching after a jog. So I bought these sensible Asics and strapped on the nike+ case. I went to calibrate but it turns out it was in step with my pace, so everything worked out perfectly.

So I’m told that it is still winter? Who would’ve known with temps like these?  I put my best snow shoes on took a little walk. Florida snow shoes, a little different than others…
