I love taking things apart, but this one was bitter sweet. Here are the insides of what was my old Sony Vaio that was accidentally destroyed during a flood in my apartment last year.
It looks so pretty, I was thinking about making something out of it. What do you think? Frame it? Make it a frame?

Encase it in acrylic and make it a serving tray. Or a really big coaster. Or several coasters. Just don’t take the chips off of it…that’s the best part.

That is some sexy circuitry. I have a keychain made out of an old circuitboard – with all transistors and wires removed, of course.
